Purchase Option Cancellation Policy

At Halter & Hearth Coffee Company, some products may be offered as part of a subscription or recurring purchase option. This policy explains how cancellations work for those purchase options.

 


 

Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel a subscription at any time through your customer account or by contacting us at [your support email].

To avoid being charged for an upcoming shipment, cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before your next scheduled order is processed.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.

 


 

One-Time Purchases

One-time purchases are processed quickly and cannot be canceled once the order has been submitted. Please review your order carefully before completing checkout.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please refer to our Refund & Return Policy for assistance.

 


 

Billing & Refunds

Canceled subscriptions will not be charged for future orders.
Charges already processed are non-refundable unless the order arrives damaged or incorrect, in accordance with our Refund Policy.

 


 

Changes to Subscription Orders

You may update, pause, or cancel your subscription at any time before the processing cutoff through your customer account, including:

  • Changing delivery frequency

  • Updating shipping information

  • Skipping upcoming orders
