At Halter & Hearth Coffee Company, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Because some of our items are perishable or made to order, our return policy varies by product type.
Coffee & Tea (Perishable Items)
Due to the perishable nature of coffee and tea, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on opened or used coffee or tea products.
If your coffee or tea arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will gladly offer a replacement or refund once the issue is confirmed.
Merchandise & Non-Perishable Items
Unworn, unused merchandise (including apparel, drinkware, and accessories) may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:

Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for refunds to appear, depending on your payment provider.
Final Sale Items
Items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or refund.
